Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We ship free of charge to residential addresses in the continental USA.   We no longer ship directly to Canada.   For Canadian orders we recommend you order via one of our channel partners such as Wayfair, Amazon, or Bed Bath & Beyond   For special shipping requests or questions please feel free to contact us by phone or via the phone.   We ship via UPS and Fedex.   

Our goal is to ship  in stock products within one business day of receipt of order.

Many of our products are shipped by our reseller partners, either directly, or via a drop ship program by us.   Any damage in shipment will need to be dealt with by the company paying for the shipping.  

Customer Service:

Regardless of who you purchased the product from, if there is a quality concern we wish to hear from you!    We will strive to satisfy and correct any problems that you report to us.   At times we might have to refer you back to one of our channel partners for remediation of the problem, as often times you purchased the product from them, not us.   However we will always stand behind all products purchased, regardless if you purchase from us directly, or one of our authorized channel partners.
