Warranty Registration

Returns:

Teak shower benches and teak bathroom accessories shipped from Decoteak.com can be returned within 30 days of shipment.   For teak shower stools not purchased directly from DecoTeak.com please call the company you purchased product from for return instructions.   If you wish to return product due to a default, problem, concern, damage, or shipment of an incorrect product, we invite you to call us directly to see if we can resolve the problem to your satisfaction.    

If you need to have teak bathroom products returned please email us at info@decoteak.com or call us at (888) 965-0070 with your purchase order number unless purchased from one of our authorized partners.   If you purchased from one of our authorized partners, please contact them for return procedures.   If there are any problems, please call us directly so that we can resolve the problem for you.

Please register your DecoTeak, Eco Decors, CoastalVogue, and Design By Intent teak shower chairs, and teak bathroom furniture for warranty in the form below.

Our warranty for various E&T Horizons brands are below:

DecoTeak, CoastalVogue, EcoDecors teak shower seats and teak bathroom accessories:

  • 5 Years Limited Warranty-  Consumer Use
  • 1 Year Limited Warranty- Commercial Use

CoastalVogue and EcoDecors teak bathroom furniture including solid teak vanities, bathroom mirrors, teak linen closets, and teak wall cabinets:

  • 1 Years Limited Warranty-  Consumer Use
  • 1 Year Limited Warranty- Commercial Use

Teak bathroom and shower products are guaranteed against defects in materials, workmanship, and construction only. Excluded are normal wear and tear, including finish wear, surface cracks that are not structural, and existence of mold. Mold is is one of the most common elements in a moist environment, and our benches themselves do not grow mold.   Please use our recommended care and cleaning  instructions to prolong the life of your finish and product.  Soaps and shampoos will degrade the finish of the products if left on them.   Maximum warranty is limited to one replacement item of same or similar if product has been discontinued.

Design By Intent Tatay Polypropylene Shower Stools:

  • Limited life time warranty.   Does not include normal wear and tear, or blemishes over time in material.  Only structural stability of product and manufacturing defects.  

Design by Intent Pellet Wall Mounted Shower Seats, Grab Bars, and ADA handicap bathroom products:

  • 5 year consumer and residential use
  • 1 year commercial use

Products are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship only.   Many of the Design By Intent products, especially wall hung shower chairs require professional installation to assure safety.   

All warranty resolutions are at the sole discretion of E&T Horizons, and photo and proof of purchase or warranty registration will be required to submit a claim.  Warranty is only valid when registered, and when purchased from an authorized re-seller of E&T Horizons.   Products are warrantied from date of purchase.   30 day satisfaction guarantee is from date of purchase, not date of opening product.
