Regularly cleaning of teak shower benches and stools will help keep soaps and shampoos from deteriorating the finishes that help protect the wood. We recommend cleaning your teak shower furniture weekly or bi-weekly. It is important to clean not only the top of the teak bench, but also underneath the seat. The regular use of teak cleaners will help prolong the factory provided finish. However occasional maintenance of the finish with our products such as mold stain remover, and teak sealer are required to keep the factory finish.
