Indonesian Micro Economy:  The Indonesian furniture manufacturing system is composed of thousands of small companies and workshops.   Most are family run companies that have been manufacturing furniture for seveal generations.    The typical Indonesia factory does not resemble a modern American factory, and more resembles a workshop.   We source from small manufactures to be able to provide you the best combination of value and quality.   We are constantly striving to assure the quality is up to our stringent standards, and are constantly improving our quality.   Working with small local manufacturers has its challenges, but we are pleased to be able to support the local economy. 

Independent Quality Control Staff:  We employ our own independent quality control staff. We typically will inspect an order during the manufacturing process an average of six times.    We work hand in hand with our manufacturers on the factory floor.

Sustainably Harvested Teak:  Our solid teak wood is carefully selected and screened from sustainably harvested wood purchased from the Indonesian government. 

Kiln Dry All our wood is kiln dried to below 15% moisture content before we allow it to pass into production.  This prevents cracking and splitting of the wood.

Superior Stain: We have developed a proprietary indoor outdoor stain that deeply penetrates into the wood itself.   This provides a longer life than Teak Oil, which is only a topical a surface treatment.   Our stain also contains fungus, and mold inhibitors.

Hardware:   We use 100% galvanized stainless steel hardware.  All provided hardware for assembly uses Allen wrenches with provided tools and detailed assembly instructions. This makes assembly easier with less risk of misalignment.

Packaging:   All packaging has been designed to UPS and FedEx best practices.   All product packages are drop tested and pressure tested.    We use rigid foam surrounding the packaging and keep a minimum of 1” of dead space between all sides of the product and the carton boxes.

Warranty:  We offer a 5 year limited warranty against materials and workmanship for residential use, and one year for commercial use.     With proof of purchase, or product registration, we will repair, or replace defective product, not give you a pro-rated credit.
